Fleet management
Easily connect your customers and tour orders (ERP) with your fleet through B2B accounts (CRM). Real-time tracking and communication with your drivers through our Driver App and vehicle integration enables fast response times to short-term changes. This way you can ensure that all orders are carried out efficiently and on time.
E-fleet management
Manage your electric fleets in a dashboard tailored to your needs. The charge level, the vehicle status and a charging plan suggested by the software are clearly displayed. This enables forward-looking planning and minimizes downtime for your vehicles.
Transport management & tour planning
Our software calculates the most efficient routes for your hybrid or purely electric fleet. Our route and job planning as well as live status tracking mean you always have an overview of all optimized fleet processes. This maximizes the efficiency of your transports and reduces both costs and environmental impact.
Reservation function
Manage your charging stations and decide when and at what price you want to share them with partners or friendly companies. Our dashboard takes your planned charging plan into account with a reservation tool and shows available slots that can be shared. This way you can maximize the use and profitability of your charging stations.
Intelligent load management
Our intelligent load management module combines tour data, energy availability and live weather data and uses AI to convert this information into predictive charging planning. Charging sessions are planned taking into account your individual rules and tour planning, e.g. according to the lowest costs, prioritized orders or lowest CO2 emissions. PV systems can of course also be integrated for a comprehensive view of your energy systems.
Monitoring of energy devices
Always keep an eye on your energy consumption. With our energy device monitoring module, you can view, analyze and optimize the consumption of your warehouses and production lines. This way, you can identify potential savings and increase the efficiency of your energy use.
Charging station management
Our charging station management enables you to control your charging stations in real time. The data analysis tool allows a utilization forecast and, in combination with the ERP module, ensures an even better connection of your charging stations to the public network. By integrating maintenance and service functions, potential problems can be identified and resolved at an early stage, which maximizes uptime. Our solution is scalable and grows with your company, so you are always optimally positioned.

Static & dynamic load management
Static and dynamic load management make it possible to efficiently control the power distribution at charging stations: static load management distributes the available power evenly among all connected vehicles, while dynamic load management adjusts the power in real time based on current grid conditions and the energy needs of the vehicles. This optimizes the use of the charging infrastructure and avoids overloads.
Peak shaving & network optimization
"Peak shaving & grid optimization" enables the reduction of peak loads in the power grid by specifically reducing energy consumption during peak times. This function optimizes the grid load, reduces energy costs and prevents expensive overloads by intelligently using or storing excess energy.
Integration of energy systems
The integration of energy devices via ElectricRoutes Fleet & Delivery means that photovoltaic systems, battery storage and other energy sources can be seamlessly integrated into charging and energy management.
